The tours of the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) and its production of Panamanian films in a number of public spaces with the aim of promoting the national film industry will be extended up to June.

Sheila González, national film director of MiCultura, stated that these tours, that began in February, seek to create a community of cinephils that appreciate and sensitiarize the seventh art, so that they appreciate and appreciate the Panamanian film productions that are produced with the support of the state.

"It's important to note that these activities create spaces for peaceful co-existence and critical analysis of films that are shown and in turn link us with local authorities, cultural managers and members of communities, thus contributing to the strengthening and sustainable development of the Panamanian film industry," González added.

The film director stated that "MiCultura is committed to the development of the film industry and that the sample directed at families takes place once a month with the support of cultural managers, local authorities, ecclesiastics, regional addresses of MiCultura and foundations."

González advanced that soon these productions will be presented in the provinces of Bocas del Toro, Coclé, Chiriquí and Panama Centro.
