The exhibition "Roots in Images: A Tribute to the Black Age of Afro-Antillean Culture of Panama," by photographer Carlos Vicente Tapia, will be presented at the Museo de Arte Religious Colonial at the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura), during May, where visitors will be able to watch from a number of images that reflect the world of the black ethnicity.

That photo sample includes 20 photographs from 2021 to 2023, at different locations in the country as Portobelo, Río Abajo, Santa Ana and Las Tablas with which they seek to exhibit the wealth of the black ethnicity and Afro-Antillana culture.

The complainant, Tapia, invited the public to "get into every portrait, get put through the rhythm of dances and discover the wonderful wealth of black ethnicity and Afro-Antillean culture of Panama."
