< strong > MiCultura and SPIA sign memorandum to strengthen cultural heritage conservation < / strong >

A memorandum of understanding related to the conservation of cultural heritage was signed by the Minister of Culture (MiCultura) Giselle González Villarrué and the president of the Panamanian Society of Engineers and Architects (SPIA) Jorge Isaac PereN Montero.

The aims of this Memorandum of Understanding between the SPIA and MiCultura are to share information about property restoration, to work together in education and training and to promote the active participation of experts in the engineering and architecture profession with respect to the skills of both sides.

In this respect, the incumbent of Culture, González Villarrué, "strengthens the links that have been built with the SPIA that have been monitoring our actions with respect to matters and infrastructure, especially with regard to property."

He emphasized that the construction of a country was a team between state institutions and best civil society partners such as the SPIA that had been a strategic ally to build a better country.

Meanwhile, the president of the SPIA, PereN Montero noted that his body was satisfied with the signing of this Memorandum, because it not only strengthens his contribution to the state with technical issues but also gives new generations an opportunity to get to know about the restoration and conservation of national heritage.
