Pursuant to Act No. 316 of 18 August 2022 of conflicts of interest, the Minister of Culture Giselle González Villarrué submitted his Jury of Special Interests to the National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information.

The law lays down that persons with an obligation shall submit their sworn declaration of particular interest every year within an unextensable period of 10 working days of each year. The current period for this surrender is from 2 to 16 January 2024.

The Minister of Culture, at the time of his retirement from office, should re-issue his Jury statement within 10 working days after his term of office.
