MiCultura at Casa launches playlist with Panamanian music

Panama, August 2, 2020.The Ministry of Culture has established playlists with recommendations of Panamanian music for digital platforms that bring together exponents of Panamanian music as part of actions undertaken by the National Government through the initiative "MiCultura at Casa 2.0."

The first playlists of MiCultura, which includes recommendations from Panamanian songs with artists who have collaborated with programs production from MiCultura at Casa with SERTV, among other musical prints from our musicians, are available at the Spotify account of the ministry.

Similarly, lists have been created with recommendations of Panamanian rock, jazz with historic characters of the genre, born in Panama, and a series of songs from the quedateenCasaFest with best performers from the local music scene.

Cultural Minister Carlos Aguilar Navarro explain that the creation of accounts at digital platforms such as Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram with an offer of contents that will bring us closer to the MiCultura hearings, allows us to strengthen our strategy of democratization of culture so that we have access to the expressions and manifestations of our artists in Panama and the world.

A talent musical election of the size of Kafú Banton, Luis Lugo, Osvaldo Ayala, Ivan Barrios, Kandall, Mecanik Informal, Los Rabanes, Kenny and Kiara, Sara Castro, Ivan Barrios, Arcadio Molinar, The Soul Brokers, Monalisa and Rodrigo, Yael Danon, among others, were included from a curatoriums of cultural personalities who supported them to complement these recommendations.
