< strong > MiCultura IMMULSA PROJECTS TO FIRE FROM ART and CULTURE, A SALUDABLE DIALTY BETWEEN MADRES and its INSANTS < / strong >

Enrique Noel, director of Cultural Rights and Citizenship at the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) launched the project "Leo and Canto al Babe," a program that forms part of the area of First Childhood, of the Colmena Plan with the participation of 24 pregnant women living at the Ernesto Cordoba Reg, in North Panama.

During his activity, MiCultura personnel have been offering songs, reading and prenatal stimulation exercises, directed by musicotapist Melanie Taylor, supported by cold light at the reading party.

Noel "thanked the organizers of the communal board, Ernesto Córdoba for hosting the project, that aims to promote from art and culture a healthy link between mothers and their children through playful activities that incorporates music and reading."

He added that "during this period the Ministry of Culture has been an important pillar in strengthening the cultural rights of people through the promotion, participation and empowerment of peoples in the participation of cultural life."

We have been leading the reading centers, the training of chorus and orchestras, and the use of art as a tool for social transformation at workshops of different disciplines, as a prevention of violence and now at an early age, added Enrique Noel.

The project expects to care for a total of 20 corrections that are included in the Colmena Plan of the province of Panama.

The activity forms part of the actions undertaken at first childhood, as part of the programs advanced by MiCultura, in the Colmena Plan.

The event was concluded with the delivery of basket to those currently present by personnel of the Junta Communal Ernesto Córdoba with support from Club 20-30.
