They will honor Nele Kantile's legacy

As part of preparations for the celebration of the centennial of the Guna Revolution, the Ministry of Culture has been organizing an event to honor the 89th anniversary of the physical disappearance of Nele Kantele's indigenous leader at the Independence Plaza at Casco Antiguo in Panama City.
The date to enjoy this activity starts at 9: 30 a.m. and the public will be able to enjoy a variety of activations as an interpretation of poems, dances, prize of painting contest, workshops, crafts, body painting and gastronomy among others.
The event is open to the public with a view to enabling visitors to get to know more about Kantle's path, his legacy and the customs and traditions of Guna people.
