At the International Book Fair, the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) invited Ileanna Simancas's writer, actress, teacher, production and spiritual mentor, and offered an interesting workshop entitled "Self-esteem for Young People" where students from different universities such as Udelas, UIP, UNESPA and others participated.
Simancas began his day with exercises of relaxation, meditation and connection around him and then talked with those present about his experiences, anecdotes, achievements and misdeeds, but above all about how to believe in himself and seek his aims for his happiness and well-being.
"No matter how but at the bottom of things about what's wanted in life. We have to dream, dreams change with time," they were part of the words that the guest writer shared.
"Do not stick with them, be happy with what they achieve accept what they have because they are objects of movement of change, be brave to be yourself and to live the things that are desired," Simancas reiterated.
The complainant also gave some members of the audience copies of her book "Fears and Apples," which she has come to promote at this International Book Fair.
The actress also indicated that this was the first time she had been represented with an audience after the pandemic, because most of her conversations have been virtual, so she was a very emotional and enriching experience.

Simancas will be party this Thursday, August 17th from 5: 00 p.m. at the MiCultura stand at the International Fair of the space book "Human libraries" and will be accompanied by writer Alonso Correa Miguel.
He will also be offering a second conference about his book "Pears and Apples," on Saturday, August 19 at 6: 00 p.m. at the Salon Chaquira de Atlapa.
Also as part of his spiritual mentoring will be issuing a "Meditation and Yoga" session on Sunday, August 20, from 5: 30 p.m. at the Santo Domingo Convent, best known as the Chat Arco.
