< strong > MiCultura joins the Book Fair with a variety of cultural activities < / strong >

The Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) once again joins the International Book Fair with an agenda of cultural activities that includes participation in its stand of more than 90 national writers, 106 titles from different literary competitions and as a special guest Venezuelan writer Ileanna Simancas, an actress, producer and spiritual mentor.
MiCultura's program will include meetings related to literature, book presentations, concurrently, literary gala as the Ricardo Miró 2022 National Literature Award, lectures with national and international writers, round tables, ngäbe dance and indigenous cinema, among other activities.
Among the novelties for this year, there will be the "Minicuentos Confesionaire," in the area of the Lounge of Atlapa, where each assistant will join a wheel of writers and listen to a tale, from the voice of each author, in which will be a personalised reading, intimate and wonderful experience, with the public moving from author to author.
Another activity is the "Viva Biblioteca" where during fair days at the MiCultura stand you will interview a character with a professional background and the attending public will be able to ask these personalities about anything about each of the specialities that have developed his or her professional life.
For his part, Ileanna Simancas will have been represented and will have three presentations, on Wednesday, August 16 with an "Self-esteem for Young People" Founding Charla at the Canal Museum Auditorium on Saturday, August 19, presenting his book "Fears and Apples" at the Book Fair and a meditation session at the Santo Domingo Convent, known as Arco Chato, where you can wear a comfortable attire and participate in this interesting class.
The Fil Panama, organized by the Panamanian Book House with the motto Identity and Origin dedicated to the native peoples, will be held up to August 20 at the Atlapa Convention Center with free activities for all ages.
