To all creators, artists and cultural managers, they are told that they have till 26 July, at 12 noon to send their proposals for the 2023-2024 projects, from the Ibero-American Academic Arts (Iberescua) Fund.

The program will give participants and projects selected from about 38 to 45 thousand Euro, with three aid lines: Building and Residential aids, co-production of Activities and Programming aids for Festivals and Scenic Spaces.

Renan Fernández, representative of Panama and president of the Iberesco program stated that the "beneficial artists and cultural managers have been given financial assistance for the conduct of their projects at residential stage creation, co-production of performing arts and program for performing arts festivals."

"To participate in the program, allows the generation of networks in the Ibero-American cultural space through the look and internationalization of our artists, in the exchange, creation and circulation of performing arts" added Fernández

Panama forms part of this project with the Ibero-American General Secretariat (SEGIB) and countries that fund the programme as they are: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal and Uruguay, with the Ibero-American General Secretariat (SEGIB) and seventeen countries that fund the Programme.
