About 100 musicians will be presented at the third Conference Groups Festival organized by the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) that began June 2 at the Anita Villalaz Theater and other scenarios of the capital town and will extend up to June 18.

The Festival will start with the participation of Tetrquord Guitar Quartet and during the week will be presented the Children's and Youth Chorus of the San Felipe Neri parish, the Panama Quartet, Quintito Farka and Okama Panama Quartit and J & M Project, among others.

To make it easier for people to have an opportunity to appreciate this type of music, concerts have also been scheduled at other locations such as Westland Mall Central Plaza, UDELAS, Electoral Tribunal, and Our Lady of Lourdes Parish and the National Library among others.

The national director of The Arts of MiCultura, Isabel Burgos emphasized the celebration of the Festival and stated that "music transport us to places and memories of our childhood, roads that we travel through depending on our mood."

He explained that these events organized by MiCultura came after the pandemic to help economically revive artistic sectors and have become an important platform for the initiation of artists.

The program at the Festival contains a very varied program where attendees can enjoy the different performances with classical music through their duet, trio, quartet and quintet formations of concerts.

Also, there will be workshops, virtual events and training classes with a number of especially youth and student audiences that will benefit as they expand their knowledge of Chamber Music in Panama.
