< strong > MiCultura and THE ANTAI ESTABLISHED METODOLOGY TO FORTALLECER CIUDADAN CONSULTATION PROCESS < / strong >

A meeting at which the National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI) was committed to accompanying the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) in the public consultation process for the production of the National Plan for Culture held the officials of both entities.

The incumbent of MiCultura, Giselle González Villarrué and his work team have been received by ANTAI's director, elsa Fernández and there was established a commitment to accompanying them with this consultation process as part of what's called Open Government.

To achieve this goal, ANTAI will bring its knowledge, experience and leadership about "Open Government" that involves applying a number of steps aimed at supporting MiCultura to ensure transparency in the public participation process.

That process includes the participation of other branches of the State, civil society, universities and private enterprises that will assist with the construction of public policies, in this case those of Culture.
