As part of his summer activities and bringing art closer to all Panamanian people, the Ministry of Culture will conduct free shows at the Casa de la Cultura at David and at Santiago Mall at 6: 00 p.m. to the provinces of Chiriquí and Veraguas.
Thirty dancers will be performing at the stage, and they will have an opportunity to show their talent and versatility with their dances and their colorful dressings by performing classical ballet pieces such as The Corsario, Esmeralda, Diana and Acteon, Majsimo and The Vivaldi Stations.
"To the National Ballet it's of great importance to share our art with all citizens and residents of the country, as we have been unable to come back to the provinces as we have been doing earlier," said Gloria Barrios, Executive Director of the National Ballet.
"At these presentations, the public will have an opportunity to witness a show with the quality of the presentations that are held in the capital and thus will be very proud that Panama has a professional ballet company that offers our country's young talents an opportunity to have a profession in the world of art and culture," Barrios added.
