The Ministry of Culture invites the residents of the province of Herrera to visit the exhibition "Tocando Aprendo" that will be open from Saturday November 19 at the Fabio Rodriguez Museum in Chitre.
The opening event of the exhibition "Tocando Aprendo" will be held at 10: 00 a.m. with the presence of national authorities of MiCultura, local and representatives of associations of people with visual disabilities.
The exhibition will be open to the public until 24 November and is a showcase organized by the Equal Opportunities Section of the Ministry of Culture to highlight the skills and values of people with visual disabilities
The sample of ten high relief paintings by the plastic artist Daniel Cubilas, whose titles are written in Braille system have been shown with massive influx into other provinces of the country.
