"Tales Viajeros" was the name given to the Repertoire of Spanish David Acera and his oral narrative show, which was offered at the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura), through the national direction of Cultural Rights and Citizenship to young and adult children, who between laughter and stories enjoyed Spanish traditional tales, in a unique presentation as they passed through Panama.

"The tales are life, we are what we have about ourselves. I have inspiration from my family, from the environment, from the things that care about me, of course from reading a great deal and listening to a great deal," the storyteller stated.

He emphasized that he likes Spanish traditional tales and found it surprising that stories have been invented earlier, even if his own writings continue to have the capacity and essence in the people of the 21st century

"That's the first time I have been counting for this beautiful Panamanian public and I have felt respected and understood, thanks to MiCultura for the invitation," added Abera.

That presentation forms part of the artistic tour "From North to South: Counting the New World" that includes the performance in countries such as Canada and Venezuela as well as Panama.

David Acera has been a professional of performing arts since 2001 and has been dedicated to Oral Narration since 2004. He has been involved with more than 50 theater premiere with Spanish professional companies including television and film presentations.
