MiCultura supports Fingers and T-shirts contest at Albrook Mall

The Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) supported the second Pollera contest and first Albrook Mall T-shirts contest, with more than 100 adults with ladies and gentlemen and with the Panamanian folkloric gowns, an activity that was held at the Delphin Square of this commercial centre.

In this second edition, they met with the most beautiful built-up from different regions of the country that have been dubbed with the Albrook Mall Medal, in its different categories: Regional Gala Fines, Flammed, Fumped, Mount and Shaded.

For this contest, the expert Jury in typical dressings described as: production of the necks, design of the work, material used in its production, jewelers, arrangement of the pollera and touched, donaire and dexterity while bearing the pollera.

While, for the first nightsittings contest, 26 knights participated, in the category of Gala's White T-shirt.

"With this initiative, Albrook Mall aims to highlight the values, traditions and work of the artisan, to bring these events from the interior closer to the city, this month of the FolKlore," said Nackyi Duque, Business Manager of Albbrook Mall and president of the Association of Panama's Shopping Centres (APACECOM).
