The Ministry of Culture will re-launch this Saturday July 30 from 1: 00 p.m. and in association with the Communal Board of St. Anne's Retirement the activity called "Know A" that began in 2020.
The St. Anne's Reg Board, with MiCultura and the Communal Board, also join with this activity as an important part of the re-start of the project to be undertaken at the historic St. Anne's Square with the participation of 20 local entrepreneurs and restaurants.
Giselle González Villarrué, Minister of Culture emphasized that "culture is a leading thread that binds us all as a country and as Panamanian we will develop Panama as a team."
The incumbent of MiCultura added that "today we launch, not only a project but a brand that will make us proud of our culture and cuisine."
For his part, Jair Martínez, representative of the St. Anne's Retirement, said that "this activity brings together the food of the Retirement, especially the identity, that we are committed to sustaining.
"Count with us for more alliances as you are, to continue to promote positive actions that seek to enhance important values that we can replicate in our country, working as a team and harmoniously," Martínez added.
The fair event aims to support economic reactivation of entrepreneurs who are within the Creative and Cultural Industries and at the same time to enhance the Intangible Heritage by familiarize them with the customs and traditions of each region and with the rescue of public or underused spaces.
