The Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) informs interested parties that as of June 3, registration will be open to participate in the 42nd version of the National Visual Arts Competition, Roberto Lewis, that awards excellence in the categories of painting, photo, digital art and sculpture.
At this contest, that will distribute to the winners 39,000 cash pat can participate Panamanian by birth or naturalization, residents of or outside national territory as well as other nationalities with more than eight years of residence duly registered by competent authorities older than 18 years of age.

Each artist will be able to compete in two categories with a work in each of them that should have been unpublished, have been previously exposed through no means of communication or social networks, and have also been involved in any previous contest.
In this issue of the National Visual Arts contest, Roberto Lewis will be honored for his contribution to the history of Panamanian plastic artists Sandra Eleta, Adriano Herreabarría, Amalia Tapia and Manuel Azo Vásquez.
