BECARIES FROM THE VISITANTS INVESTIGER PROGRAMME BETWEEN RESULTS TO CIHAC AIP

With findings about "Production of public space in Panama City 1777-1890," "Cultural value of rivers and broken ones in the Panamanian West," "Another perspective of heritage, about Panamanian thinker Ricaurte Soler and Positivism" and "The History of water and sanitation policy in Panama City and Colón" culminated the work of visiting researchers from 2021-2022.
That's the result of the work advanced by the Center for Historical, Anthropological and Cultural Research AIP CIHAC, affiliated with the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) with a group of five professionals from different branches who were supported with grants to conduct these research
The fellows by AIP CIHAC were architect José Antonio De Gracia, philosopher Abdiel Rodriguez Reyes, historian Francisco Javier Bonilla and architect Hatvany Gómez Concepción and art historian Candy Barberena.
Minister Giselle González Villarrué stated that "this centre is a platform through which scientists committed to contributing to understanding our history with high academic and professional standards make efforts to preserve, through knowledge of the facts, our identity."
Marixa Lasso, CIHAC's executive director AIP expressed "That's a program that creates a community, because we believe that conversation and feedback are vital for research and innovation."
Meanwhile, José Antonio De Gracia becado expressed "these studies are born with the aim of contributing to production of knowledge about our country's history and providing a cultural contribution to Panamanian society."
