Expand MiCultura content offer at home

Panama, 10 May 2020.- The Ministry of Culture expands the offer of cultural content as part of the project "MiCultura at Home," intended to care, at times of a pandemic, for an audience that looks for different entertainment options from home.

National artists and producers have been united with this initiative to share with the public loving the satire art, good music and performing arts his musical and cinematic proposals some of them had been mistransmitted through local channels and digital platforms.

MiCultura's program expands its transmission schedule through the digital platforms with the participation of the well-known "Pepina" payasite, who through capsules called "Singing Stories with Pepina," includes songs, stories, educational games and advice for the children of the house and with their parents they can enjoy singing, dancing, jumping and learning with the interesting capsules of this beloved character of the Panamanian population.

Also, the challenge "Put into History" continues, where from home you can recreate some scene, photo or painting of your choice and adapt it to reality, and then you have to publish it on your social networks and place a title and mention the social networks of the Ministry of Culture, under the label # ponteenLa Historia.

"Write, publish and sell" and "7 afternoons with reading" have become virtual activities with literary content with which you can get into the world of letters.

The first includes a virtual three-module course to learn how to write, publish and sell online and the second is a cycle of interactive lectures with the aim of promoting writing and reading, available from MiCultura's Youtube channel.

In this great project, SERTV, MEDCOMGO, Canal Tv, 507GOTV, TVNPASS and the YOUTUBE and Facebook channels of the Spanish Ministry of Culture will transmit to hundreds of families from 8 p.m. from Monday to Sunday that will continue to be connected and enjoying the agenda that have been leading them "MiCultura at Home" to the comfort of their families.

For this week's viewers, from 8 p.m. they will have an opportunity to enjoy this Monday, May 11, of the film "Kimura," by Aldo Rey, who deals with an ex-wrestler with a tragic past and who goes back to Panama with his brother Alexander's pardon, who has become an intense champion of mixed free struggle.

On Tuesday 12 May we continue with the series "Customs 24 / 7." Following him on Wednesday 13 May, a tribute to Panama in his 500 years, called "Morpho: la psiqui de una ciudad," a contemporary dance show by Grupo Xielo Gramo Danse.

The rock takes the stage of "MiCultura at Home," next Thursday May 14 with the presentation of national gangs such as Take you to Mars, Pepe Bahia, Between Us and Soul Brokera, groups that will make fans of this musical genre dance and singing.

The program doesn't stop and the spectacular and passionate voices of Puerto Rican legend Danny Rivera and Panamanian vocalist Yomira John, who will dazzle everyone on Friday night May 15th, while Samy and Sandra Sandoval brothers will all enjoy Saturday May 16th.

We end this amusing week with the film "The Colors of the Mountain," produced by Juan Carlos Tamayo, which addresses the issue of friendship, dreams and reality that lives somewhere in the Colombian mountains.
