Twenty-five artisan from different parts of the country were supported by the Ministry of Culture to display their creations at the artisan pavilion of the Feria de las Flores and la Café that takes place in the District of Boquete, Province of Chiriquí from January 13 to 23.

The artisan have offered to the assistants, home accessories made of wood, jewelry, crafts from the native peoples, accessories for the high schools and stylized dresses as well as curious and curious lottery tickets.

No consumer products, such as cicatitas, milk and cane honey, were found outside and were part of the varied exposure.

The pavilion offered by the Ministry of Culture also includes a significant sample of paintings and photographs by Chiran plastic artists such as Grethem Chavarría and Carlos Carpintero Montero.

"Through MiCultura's National Handicrafts Management, we offer free spaces for them to display their best products and to show visitors their pieces and thus contribute to leading and revitalizing their family economy," emphasized Jaime Luna, national director of MiCultura's handicrafts.

He added that "we also join with this activity with the actions of National Government to revive the economy after the crisis generated by the pandemic, which seeks with the opening of the approved fair events, to get this sector that has been harshly hit back to its role as a powerful element of national resource."

MiCultura will participate with different craft jobs at each of the fairs approved by the National Government, capturing through regional addresses artisans that meet the requirements and with the variety and quality of products required by each fair.
