The Ministry of Culture of Panama brings literary course in virtual modality

Panama, 8 April 2020. The Ministry of Culture of Panama brings you a virtual course that will allow you to learn how to write stories, novels, articles and essays formally and to be able to sell them as a book through the internet regardless of how old you are, which will be facilitated by Carls Oriel Wynter Melo.

Wynter Melo, a Panamanian writer, has been widely recognised for his narrations and his works have been published in different countries and have been supported with the production and production of more than a hundred books to different authors.

The project will be composed of three video modules that you will be able to study the best day and time, from the comfort of your house and anywhere in the world. The modules will appear on the page of the Ministry of Culture.

The idea is to use this time to attract new literary talents and that in their free time for the Pandemia we are living in and once the participants complete the course have an opportunity to market their books through the Internet with the support of the Ministry of Culture.
