The Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) welcomed November, a month of the homeland with an event with personnel wearing allusive attire and bearing flags and enjoyed cheerful tunes at the pace of national pieces of the date, that this year also mark the bicentennial of Panama's independence of Spain.

The incumbent of MiCultura, Carlos Aguilar Navarro, expressed his gratitude for his work and his efforts throughout the year and called for them to show more about his fervour and to build a more fair and equitable Country, where his access to culture, traditions and artistic expressions reach all.

The Minister invited his partners to enjoy with families and friends the activities scheduled by the National Government through the Bicentennial Commission, the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Education (MEDUCA) that have been ready for 3, 4, 5 and 28 at different stadiums of Panama City.

The events that have been planned for those days have been: Exhibition of school gangs, independent gangs and security stations, 3, 4, 5, 10 and 28 in different parts of the country.

Programming for the provinces are as follows: November 3, 4 and 28 at Calvin Bayron stadium at Bocas del Toro, November 3 at Kenny Serracín stage at Chiriquí and Omar Torrijos stadium at Veraguas.
