MiCultura at home receives Idania Dowman

Panama March 27, 2020.-The Panama Jazz Lady, Idania Dowman, will be presenting her repertoire from the National Theater with MiCultura at home.

It will be a very special night, where a mosaic of Afro-Spanish rhythms and allegories from Byron Dowman's daughter's hand will be the great protagonist, from 8: 00 p.m. in the comfort of the home with the support of SERTV, Medcom Go, Nextv and MiCultura's live Streaming transmissions on the youtube and Facebook.

Idania Dowman, who continues the legacy of the great Panamanian entertainment divas, began from a very small place in the world of music, presenting itself at different events and festivities.

Known as "The Lady of Jazz," it's the feminine voice of Jazz in Panama. Daughter of the remembered Lord Byron, she has put up his musical legacy leading to his shoulders.

That initiative of the Ministry of Culture, through MiCultura at Casa, has been a varied program since March 20 with the support of different local artists, at these times of crisis that we are passing through the Covid-19.

MiCultura at home will be presenting great Panamanian film productions as Breaking Waves and Box 25 in the next few days.
