MiCultura gives the extra mile and reels with # MyCultivaenCasa

Panama, March 24, 2020 - The team of the Ministry of Culture, welcoming the message from President Laurentino Cortizo Cohen of giving an "extra mile" and "redoubling efforts" in the "war" waged by the National Government against COVID- 19, in partnership with Panamanian artists, continues with success the project "MiCultura at home."

Following the instructions of the incumbent of the Nation and following the protocols dictated by the health authorities, the ministry has been prepared a number of concerts that have been designed to put at the disposal of the audience cultural alternatives that will entertain and bring families closer to these days of isolation as a result of the Covid.19

The ministry joins with the initiatives that the national government develops from all sides, in the war with the Coronavirus, with the aim of bringing entertainment, fun and culture, in all its artistic manifestations, to Panamanian homes.

"We are making MiCultura at Home following all the recommendations of the Ministry of Health, with the support of artists who contribute their talent, so that you will stay at home and share with your family," said the Minister, who reiterated that through this project, Panamanian people "we will be able to recognize our artists, giving them the value that each of them has, from their different manifestations, to conduct this situation best and that we will be quiet at home while enjoying the talent of each of them.

"We agree and reiterate the pride of the surrender for the homeland of all the officials we face together this war where we will succeed and take advantage to be at home our families enjoying our artists," she emphasized.

Through the social networks of MiCultura and television broadcast, artists such as Mecanika Informal, Osvaldo Ayala, Kenny and Kiara, Luis Lugo, Monalisa and Rodrigo, Loic and Cordas Voids, Winnie T. Sitton and film projections such as "Box 25," "Salsipas," "It's time to fall in love" and "Panama Al Brown," as well as play works, will come to the comfort of their families so that families share the offer of art and culture that propose the institution.

Also, typical sets, orchestras of salsa, Panamanian rock, I regulated in Spanish, films and Panamanian theater as La Tribu Performance and works from FAE, will also be presented at # MiCulturaInCasa.
