New Director of the Network of Children and Youth Orquestas and Chors

Electra Castillo new Director of the Network of Orquestas and Children's and Youth Chors at the Ministry of Culture of Panama, la Maestra Castillo, is the first Panamanian woman to conduct the symphony orchestra to national at one of his presentations.

Retirement from the National Institute, at Bachiller in Science and
National Conservatory of Panama with a Técnica in singing.

He owns an Oboe Technician from
University of Panama - Bachelor's degree, Oboe and Canto Courses.

I work with the youth plan of the Panama Symphony Orchestra, an Oboist Instrumentist.
A member of the Association of Concert. Other performances include those of the Campments workshops of Oboe and Orquestal Direction.

He has held several seminars such as at his office: Guatemala, Belgium, Spain, Costa Rica, Mexico, Honduras and El Salvador, among others
