Recognize Ibermúsica program winners's efforts 2019

Highlight the efforts of our composers and musicians who work united by and for culture and stand out at the international level, the Ministry of Culture gave recognition to the nine winners and winners of the Ibermuso program 2019.
The songwriter Carlos Méndez, the acoustic pop duo Monalisa and Rodrigo, the Aphodisiac and Entre nos, La Tribu groups and an indigenous rock band, accordionist Yeyny Santamaria were part of the musicians to whom they were honored for their achievements.
These talented artists, representing Panama, have been competing against musical proposals from other countries and have been beneficial in supporting composers for artistic residences, in the mobility of musicians and at festivals to strengthen their artistic projects.

During his activity, Carlos Aguilar Navarro, Minister of Culture, thanked the artists for being an example of perseverance and surrender.
Ibermusics is a multilateral programme of international cooperation dedicated exclusively to the musical arts that promotes the presence and knowledge of Ibero-American musical diversity, stimulates the training of new audiences in the region and expands the labour market of the industry's and its professionals.
