Panama, April 23, 2026. - The City of Panama is the headquarters of the 2026 Summit of the Americas, selected by the Biennial of the Americas this year as its mission to create connections, build communities and inspire change through the transformative power of ideas and art.

) The summit brings together more than 100 delegates, including high-level officials, government officials, academics, infrastructure leaders, innovators and cultural entrepreneurs at more than 20 headquarters and with 60 speakers for four days of dialogue and collaboration.

The event "Investing in Creative Economics," with the participation of Miky Fábrega, national director of Creative Economics, representing the Ministry of Culture and a space where we have been talking about how art and cultural heritage have not only defined our identity but also acted as vital engines for economic development and an attraction to investment in the region.

The summit represents a commitment by the state of Colorado to cultural diplomacy and hemispheric association as a strategic ally for Panama at an important stage of development for the economic infrastructure of the country.

) In Creative Economics, the Institute Sundance and IFF Panama dialogues about cinema as a hemispheric connection tool. The delegates include representatives from Amazon, Google, United Airlines, University of Colorado and Colorado State University.
