Panama City, August 12, 2025. - In the framework of the International Book Fair, the Vice Minister of Culture, Arianne Benedetti, participated in the event "Read to Imagine, Imagine to Create," held at the Boquet hall at the ATLAPA Convention Center, where she shared stage with social communicator Mario Tang and theater actress Itzenith Atencio.

The meeting brought together students from the Baptist Educational Center of Balboa in a dynamic and participatory space focused on awaking creativity through reading.

Panelists have been addressing issues from how an idea that can be transformed into a film can be born, how important it is to observe the daily to inspire stories and how reading nourishes imagination to create positive and true content.

Deputy Minister Benedetti emphasized that "reading is the basis for imagining and imagination is the first step to create," while guests motivated students to buy a book and get into their pages.

During the activity, children participated in creative exercises such as improvisation, character interpretation and the construction of their own stories, and their imagination was blown up.

Between laughter and enthusiasm, small creators have shown that reading doesn't only open up to knowledge but it's also an inexhaustible source for inventing worlds and characters.
