Panama, July 10, 2025. - The Creative Economy Team of the Ministry of Culture initiated an information day about the Cultural Fomento (CFC) Certificado, among its partners. That starts the induction process that will be followed by other institutions, corporate and professional unions.

The Cultural Development attestation is an instrument of fiscal incentive to invest in cultural activities and the Panamanian heritage, issued by the Ministry of Culture, after approval of an application by decision, with which the natural or legal person in favor of whom it was issued gets a credit of thirty-five percent (35%) about the amount invested, with which they can pay the tax on rental and the tax on the transfer of movable property and the provision of services.

That training, first directed at directors, explained the content, mission, goal and uses of the certificate. "We will have to continue to do this work internally because most work areas need to have information management, how and how they can guide the applicant so that they can, at a given time, make use of this benefit," said Rodrigo Escobar, Special Project Coordinator.
