Panama February 7, 2025. The Ministry of Culture (MiCultura), through the National Section of the Arts, presents an exciting historic musical town of Piedra, a scene with a great visual and narrative impact that thousands of families will be able to enjoy on February 7 and 8 in the District of Boquete, Province of Chiriquí.

Under the direction of Leonte Bordanea and the production of Passwords, this show will transport the public to a fascinating age through a unique combination of live music, theater, gastronomy and an impressive mapping show.

The free entrance event will be held at Boquete's Central Plaza, opposite José Domingo Candanedo Municipal Palace. The doors will open from 4: 30 p.m., inviting families to immerse themselves with an unprecedented cultural experience.

Gianni Bianchini, national director of the arts, emphasized that "The MiCultura Summer extends up to April throughout the country, offering first level shows that highlight the creativity and talent of Panamanian artists."

As part of this celebration, the Ministry of Culture will set up a stand with a replica of the National Theater, enabling attendees to get to know more about the First House of the National Artist. Also, the event will have the participation of local artisan and the presence of characters characterized as pirates, and will further enrich the experience.

That great production, as part of the MiCultura's Vibra Panama Summer program, will bring together 60 talented artists, choreographers and dancers, including Ingrid de Icaza, Luis Arteaga, Raúl Montilla, Rogelio Bustamante, Juan Diego Araúz and Carlos Díaz.

Following his presentation at Boquete, Piedra City will reach the Archaeological Site Panama La Vieja on March 22 and 23, 2025, broadening its impact and enabling more public to enjoy this masterpiece.
