< strong > Children from different communities will benefit from the "Let's play at El Casco" program < / strong >

The Ministry of Culture (MiCultura), through the Casco Antiguo office (OCA), as an alternative to school recess time, promotes "Play at El Casco" a program full of recreational and training activities aimed at the recreation and fun of children and youth from different communities.

At the start of this activity, about 65 children from the San Felipe and San Miguelito cordments and youth from Steam Rosa camp that develops Senacyt (National Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation) with the ITSE (specialized technical institute) met more about the history of Panama 500 years ago, some indicating that this was the first time they had been attending the place.

The program will be conducted in partnership with different communities and public boards and will have a duration of two weeks where participants will visit interesting spots such as the Old Panama Archaeological Site, the Miraflores Stages Visitors Center, museums such as La Mola, Interoceanic Canal, Order of the Market and Casco Antiguo squares and monuments.

Additional knowledge about the tours to the above mentioned locations will also have an opportunity to experience a Photographic Rally, get Yoga Infantile classes and enjoy a fun Cultural picnic.
