< strong > More than 40 cultural proposals to enjoy with families this summer < / strong >

The summer began and the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) has scheduled a varied cultural agenda with more than 40 activities including concerts, workshops, folkloric presentations, festivals and fairs, aimed at different public and most of them free of charge.

Among the outdoor activities are the Crafts and Quarter Tears at the Plaza de la Independencia to be held throughout January from 10: 00 a.m. to 3: 00 p.m.

The music of Rómulo Castro and the Tuira Group come to the Plaza de la Independencia on January 13, from 6: 30 p.m., as part of the Identity Tour and simultaneously that same day in the District of Las Tablas, the Las Mil Polleas Parade takes place.

On January 18, the National Symphony Orchestra (OSN) opened its 2024 season with the sample of Panamanian composers at the Balboa Theater at 8: 00 p.m.

Following up with his concert schedule, on January 22 and 23, Pepina and the National Symphony Orchestra will conduct the "Pepina Symphony" presentations to Federal Mall in Chiriquí and Santiago Mall respectively from 5: 30 p.m. completely free for the whole family.

That same concert will be part of the opening of the City of Las Artes, located at the Llanos of Curundu, an construction that will become the great epicentre of Panama's art and culture.

The following day on January 26, OSN moved to Colón Province specifically to 4 Highes Mall, to share an interesting repertoire with the colonic public.

Other activities have been designed as an "0 es 3" workshop from 3: 00 p.m. at the headquarters of MiCultura in Via España with Via Argentina as part of the actions that have been undertaken to draw attention to "World Day to Fight Depression."

To these are added the supported by MiCultura as the main concert of the Panama Jazz Festival this January 20 at the City of Knowledge Quadrangle from 3: 00 p.m. and the commemoration of the 351 years of the Panama City Shuttle, the Hay Forum Festival 23 and 24 January at events such as the Anita Villalaz Theater, the Canal Museum and so forth.

We also mentioned the workshop with the painter Olga Sinclair, on January 27 in the area of El Prado of the Administration Building.

Our regional headquarters have also organized a number of workshops, courses and activities for the whole family, including the Regional Museum of Aguadulce that promotes a course of drawing and painting for children and youth from 5 to 18 years old, inscriptions maguadulce @ MiCultura.gob.pa

The regional MiCultura at San Miguelito will launch an Artisanal and Cultural Fair from January 31 to January 2 from 9: 00 a.m. to 3: 00 p.m. at Galapago Plaza opposite Villa Lucre as part of our support to our artisans and entrepreneurs.
