The Independence Plaza was the perfect stage for the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura), through the Office of the Casco Antiguo (OCA), to celebrate the International Day of Music established by the UNESCO on 1 October 1975.
MiCultura, seduced this family activity to honor all the musicians and have an afternoon of music and dance at the Plaza de la Independencia for the enjoyment of great and boys, completely free.
The event began with the Casco Antiguo and Tolores del Barrio market, accompanied by environmental music.
The National Police Orchestra performed issues such as "Don't hit the black," "I'm thinking," "You don't know how to care," among other success stories.
To the delight of the attending public, El Coro de Adultos Mayores was also introduced with "Tertulia and songs from La Casita de Parque Lefevre," directed by Blanca Choy.
As part of the program, there was also the participation of the Institutional Protection Service Orchestra (SPI), they performed the themes "I don't know tomorrow," I cried and slept, "bad boy," Play from nobody. "
The event closed with the presentation of the Association of the Old Age with some dance with Congos directed by Sabino Durango and the Music Band of the Regional Zone of Panama of the Benemérit Fire Corps.
Once again the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) promotes the use of public spaces to promote different artistic and cultural events.
