They organize EFES Panama 2023, technological meeting for video game developers

The Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) will support the Authority of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (AMSMEs) in the conduct of EFEST Panama, a meeting of designer and developers of video games that will be held on October 5 at the Amphitheater of the City of Knowledge.

That technological meeting aims to visualize the power of video games and related racing and aims at all talented Panamanian people as developers, designers, entrepreneurs, Gamers and passionate about video games and related.

EFEST is one of the largest video game and gamer community festivals in Panama, where we will have lectures, an exhibition by developers, state-of-the-art consoles and the most recent games launched to the market and that will be tested by the attendees.

Maribel Amclus, creator of this event emphasized that "the world of video games is present in many other parts of the world and attendees will have an opportunity to have a new experience at the level of video games.

Meanwhile, Giselle Castrellón, spokesperson for the national leadership of Creative Economics at MiCultura, stated that it is important that all sectors and subsectors of Creative Economics, as in this case of video games, participate with a view to strengthening the creative and cultural ecosystem and that in "the future we can place ourselves as a HUB for the development of video games and animation."

The event was attended by industry consultants and experts such as Gering Skilling, an educator and founder of Esports, Nicholas Miomio, of Marketing and Sport, Pierre Moisan, an advisor to Start UPS Canada and Nicolas Lafosse, an advisor to US projects and so on.
