< strong > Mexican body recognizes master Ricardo Risco's trajectory < / strong >

The Secretariat for External Relations through the Institute of Mexicans Abroad paid tribute to the well-known Panamanian "master" Ricardo Risco, Assistant Director of the Panama Symphony Orchestra (OSN), and his outstanding track record for promoting Mexican classical music in Panama.

The ceremony was held at Embassy of Mexico in PanamA with the presence of leaders of the Mexican community, friends and special guests. The recognition was given by Santiago Mateo Cibran, in charge of businesses at the Mexican Embassy.

It should be noted that the recognition "Distinguished Mexicans" is given to every person who has made important contributions to other countries and that this distinction has been first given in Panama.

Risco was born in Panama and at his 3-year-old age, and moved to Chiriquí and his basic studies. He moved to Mexico in 1981 and studied his production and his production and his production at his national Conservatorio de Música (Conservatorio Nacional de Música). He worked as a director of different orchestras and chores and was a teacher at different musical institutions.

His works have been performed in different countries of the Americas, Europe and Asia. He has been a winner of important international production awards. He returned to Panama in April 2000 and has been performing his best work as a paedagogue, composer and director.
