To celebrate ten years of work promoting art, education and culture through dance, the Creative Space Foundation will be presenting the 10th and 4th of May at the National Theater, with the participation of youth from the Link program, affiliated artists and the professional dance company COCO.

At this celebration, Giselle González Villarrué, Minister of Culture and her co-founders, Analida Galindo and Marilyn Attie, gave her details of the Foundation's work by training youth at social risk in different areas.

González Villarrué commended his members and urged them to continue to work with that passion and perseverance for Panamanian youth.

Analyda Galindo co-director of the Foundation emphasized that "these ten years have been a path of much learning. We start as an artistic program that has been growing and we have become a more integral program, meeting the needs of the community."

It's amazing to see how vulnerable young people come and how they become professionals, as José Garrido and Jaime Ruíz, who are studying dance in Europe and have had opportunities that they have been able to take advantage of, added Galindo.

In May, the COCO dance company will represent Panama at three European festivals in Belgium, the Netherlands and Spain.
