An interesting educational, tourist and cultural experience experienced a group of media journalists, invited by the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) and the Cultural Movement Identity (MCI) on a historic tour of the streets and monuments, of the cordments of Santa Ana and El Chorrillo, called "Inmersivo Museo del Arrabal."

The tour included a visit to more than 15 historic locations and monuments from Plaza Santa Ana to the border of El Chorrillo and an exhibition of locations of great historic and cultural value, such as the Teatro Variedad, Café Coca Cola, the Parque and the Church of Santa Ana, the Amador Cemetery where the provenors of the homeland, the Sandoval Garden, a community that had been hit by the invasion, the place where the model prison was demolished and the Chinese Cemetery was demolished on 10 December 1996.

Efraín Guerrero, who leads the MCI, emphasized that through these educational tours we seek to rescue the identity and preserve the living heritage, showing the historic potential of the neighborhoods, as well as generating sustainable tourism in the area and improving the economy of the locals through culture.

The Immersive Museum of Arrabal is the first street museum, leading you to rescue the historic memory of communities where their streets become the first exhibition rooms to get to know the story that accompanied the growth of the Republic.

The MCI was born at Santa Ana on November 28, 2021 with the aim of preserving his people's identities, his soul and his human heritage and saving the historic memory of the communities of Santa Ana, El Chorrillo and Calidonia.
