The National Ballet of Panama starts its summer season with two great performances with the stage of the classic Ballet "Don Quixote" on Saturday, January 28 at the Albrook Mall Shopping Center, Dilling corridor at 4: 00 p.m. and Sunday, at the Archaeological Site of Old Panama at 4: 30 p.m.

The public can enjoy two free shows with beautiful and colorful costumes, with 30 dancers showing their talent with good and amusing choreographies and with extracts from this well-known history of world literature.

Melissa Gaona, Edgar Santamaría, will be the first show soloists at Albrook Mall, while the dancers Satoko Konishi and Pedro Paternina will participate in an artistic tipple in Old Panama as part of the activity, Panama Gastronomic Creative City, organized by the Ministry of Culture, Mayor of Panama and Old Panama Patronate.

Gloria Barrios, Executive Director of the National Ballet, noted that "our goal is to spread and sensitised our citizens to the art of dance, to conduct our work to different areas and public, and to carry out this mission more and more."

All the program offered by the National Ballet "is offered free of charge with the aim that all of Panama have access to our program for the enjoyment of all Panamanian people," Barrios added.
