A collection of iconic portas of the daily La Estrella de Panama in about 160 years of history will be exhibited from 18 to 29 November at the Juan Manuel Cedeño Gallery located at the Casco Antiguo of capital town.
"We are filled with a great deal of joy and pride, and this exhibition that reflect a small look at the historic journey that this paper has had so important by the collective memory of Panamanians will be shown at gallery," said Isabel Burgos, national director of The Arts at the Ministry of Culture.
The entrance to the exhibition will be free to all public from Monday to Friday from 8: 00 a.m. to 4: 00 p.m. while Saturday and Sunday will be from 9: 00 a.m. to 3: 00 p.m. The collection of these tours was held last year (2021), at the occasion of the Bicentennial of Spanish Panama's Independence.
