Fairy and old boys have been enjoying the "Bargain of Books"

Welcoming the Book Week, the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura), through the Cultural Rights and Citizenship Section, successfully conducted a day called "The Betrayal of Books," designed with the aim of promoting the habit of reading and exchange of literature and building citizenship from the culture of the book.

The initiative that was developed at Andres Bello Park in partnership with the Panamanian Chamber of the Book and the Junta Communal de Bella Vista, obtained a very good welcome from the public, that came from early to give and receive a book of genres as novels, poetry and essays among others.

To the literary activities among which the giant poems and pounding poetry were outstanding, artistic and cultural presentations that liked the public as a whole have been added. It also had interesting recycling workshops for Leafsinc, workshops for folklore dances and participation of our Network of Orchestra and Youth Chors of Panama.

The oral narrative of "Stories to live better, and the neighborhood sounds different," that was animated with an excellent demonstration of the striking rhythm generated by the Tan Cubo instrument that was a pleasure to youth and children.

The activity was conducive for emerging writers such as Jean Paul Visuetti, Nicole Samaniego and Flor García, who shared their experiences with visitors.
