New edition of the Panamanian Theater Festival

More than 20 presentations will be held between staging, dramatized reading, workshops and contiguous, face and face-to-face and virtual, with different spaces such as the USMA, Bahia's Old Age House, MiCultura's headquarters at Via Argentina and Anita Villalaz and Balboa theatres, from Monday 12 to 30 September as part of the Theater Festival organized by the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura).

The opening will be held at the Tomas Clavel Auditorium at Universidad Santa María La Antigua (USMA) on Monday September 12 at 8: 00 p.m. with the work The good soul of Se-Chuan, He was an architect of Bertolt Brecht, under the direction of Félix Gómez and performed by the cast of the Teatro El Drevan.

The festival again appears as a training tool for performing arts lovers. That's seven workshops, among them Dramaturgical fitness with Manuel Paz Voice workshop with Mariela Aragón Chiari Indigenous Theater and its contribution to communities with Benjamin Ávila. The theater as a teaching toolwith William Castro, among others with interesting themes.

To participate in the workshops, free of charge to the public, interested parties have to sign up through the Eventbrite platform.

That cultural offer also includes contiguations and master classes with the aim of making known the scope of those dedicated to the theater, highlighting the work of authors, playwrights, directors, choreographers, dressmakers, light technologists, stage makers, production co-ordination and other professionals who participate in a staging.
