Commemoration of the 80's National Library presents documentary exhibition

The Vice Minister of Culture, Gabriel González, participated in the event of an opening of the documentary exhibition in commemoration of the 80 years of the National Library, Ernesto J. Castillero R. held at the Panamanian Hall of the institution.
Mario García Hudson, coordinator of the Audiovisual Center and curator of the exhibition appeals to the public to visit the show "that presents a number of documents that allow us to understand how the institution has worked and that the same revolves around five axes, as are documents, curious stories about time, centuries old works and fist and letters."
Deputy Minister González stated that he was "proud to be with you to commemorate the 80 years of this memorable institution, and to distribute and guide the knowledge of Panama, for keeping his doors open to children and adults, thirsty for his knowledge and for his diverse and important services."
He added that MiCultura will work with the National Library for the Foundation's Projects for the Recovery of National Memory, through the recovery of the intellectual production of Panamanian and Panamanian and from foreign works that deal with Panama and its citizens.
The sample will be open to the public during July from 9: 00 a.m. to 4: 30 p.m. from Monday to Saturday.
