PUBLIC FAMILY INTO "OPEN MUCH"

Professionals from all areas and public at large have come to the call of the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) to get to know about the progress of the restoration work of the building that houses the Museo Antropológica Reina Torres de Araúz (MARTA) at Plaza Junto de mayo.

The guided tours organized by MiCultura through the national direction of Museums are part of the activities scheduled during May, considered as the month of the Museums.

The day that has been called "Open Museum" developed for two days, enabling tens of people to have the experience of knowing what this cultural complex will be and what will be offered to visitors as soon as its doors have been re-opened.

Anayansi Chichaca, national director of museums at MiCultura stated that "with these sessions we seek to have an opportunity to see what his museum will be, that we can first and foremost see his complete restoration and that at the same time we look forward to his opening."
