MiCultura will contribute with the strengthening of the National Museum Network

To strengthen the course of action of our country's museums, Giselle González Villarrué, Minister of Culture, met with directors and representatives of the private museums that make up the National Network of Museums to get to know and strengthen their programs.
At this meeting, initiatives were put forward as a regulation and planning for the national museums, participation within the jobs that will strengthen the regulations of the General Cultural Act and partnerships with other agencies such as the Ministry of Education (MEDUCA), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MIRE) and the Tourism Authority (ATP), among others, with a view to enhancing the value of Panamanian museums at national and international level.
52 interested sites have been found in Panama between museums and visiting centers with a group of professional experts working daily to rescue national heritage.
The Network of Visitor Museums and Centres of Panama is a non-governmental non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion, professionalism and cooperation of its members since 2008.
