Under the International Day of People with Disabilities in Panama, the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura), through the Regional Office of Veraguas, conducted an activity called "Leadership and participation of persons with disabilities," with an exhibitor Ivith del Rosario Valdés.

Gabriel González, Vice Minister of Culture emphasized "from MiCultura we are working on an inclusive culture that's a human right, for the enjoyment of all artistic expressions that all people have an opportunity to participate in all activities from all forms and artistic scenarios.
For his part Alex Vega Regional Director of MiCultura expressed "we have as his goal the inclusion of people with disabilities in all our activities, this small but significant event is part of a teaching, learning with a cultural touch."
The living room saw pictorial works by plastic artists such as Marcia Álvarez and Javier Escobar, the children Martelis Pérez and Rubén at Cedeño, and they delight us with pieces such as the place and the rooster and the chicken.
The Basque artist Ananais Pimentel, "The Messenger of Messiah," was part of this activity with tenths and verses dedicated to people with disabilities.
