MiCultura introduced his historic work "Bicentennial Ratings 1821"

"Bicentennial Relatos 1821" is one of eight works published by the Commission of the Bicentennial of Independence of Panama of Spain, as part of the commemoration of this historic fact, which through the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura), is a contribution for new generations to get to know about the events that have happened before, during and after the historic event.
