MiCultura and the Conservatory of Santa Cecilia conduct auditions to select grants

The well-known master and composer Riccardo Ricardi travelled from Italy to Panama so as to listen to the 30 young musicians participating to gain a scholarship to study in Rome.

Five Panamanian youth will be chosen to gain a scholarship for their skills in performing instruments such as oboe, fagot, French horn, trombone, viola, cello and contraband will have an opportunity to be chosen by teachers Luis Cajar of the National Music Institute of the Ministry of Culture (INAM) and master Riccardo Ricardi of the Conservatory of Santa Cecilia.

MiCultura and the Conservatory of Santa Cecilia have an agreement by which every year young students outstanding in music can complete their studies with internationally renowned teachers.

The Santa Cecilia Conservatory is one of the most important music academies in Italy, considered as one of the oldest in the world and supports the growth of talents at national and international level through the formation, production and research of music.
