The Minister of Culture (MiCultura) Carlos Aguilar Navarro and his deputy Minister, Gabriel González participated in the launch of the music video called "A united country," produced by the rock group Los Rabanes that with this musical work joins with the celebration of the Bicentennial of Panama's Independence of Spain.
Emilio Regueira, vocalist of Los Rabanes, explained that this production is "a very significant and original production that highlights the cultural diversity of the isthma, as" we are at a date that shows the history and courage of a visionary people. "
Minister Aguilar Navarro expressed his gratitude for the efforts of the artists who have produced this piece and emphasized that "we Panamanian people have to feel with pride about the contribution that every citizen makes."
For his part, his deputy ministers, Gabriel González, recognized the work of every Panamanian in production of this musical work because of the importance that date has, not only for our country but for the whole of Latin American nations that were part of the emancipatory movements.
The letter of "A united country" was authored by production company Viera Algandona and gives special honor to Panama from the 8 December Park of the town of Penonomé, province of Coclé, where it was recorded.
According to the producers of the video, where the costumes used both from Los Rabanes and from the participants were designed by the master of the arts, Jaime Luna, pays tribute to a country that is cradle of a melting pot of races.
