Rehab of David's Center for Higher Studies was a 33% advance

The Rehab project at David's Center for Higher Studies of Fine Arts and Folklore, Chiriquí, with a cost of about 274 million 987 balboas, has an advanced figure of 33% and it's estimated that the work will be delivered at the end of next August.
The works consist of ground polishing, construction of a reserve tank, supplies and installation of tiles in one of the living rooms of plastic arts, main roofing and parking area, construction of short fires, construction of an access path with ramp for people with disabilities and reconstruction of the perimeter fence.
Fernando Martínez, from the Infrastructure Section of the Ministry of Culture, explained that while there was a slight delay while the proceedings were currently under way to demolish a tree that prevented progress in construction, the contractor was able to advance with other aspects of the project.
The David Center for Higher Study of Fine Arts and Folklore offers free, regular and technical courses in Plastic Arts, Classic Guitar, Musical Initiation and Sweet Flute.
Parallel to this project, MiCultura continues with other works such as the restoration of the Museum of Obaldía in Chiriquí and the construction of the Changuinola Cultural Center and the construction of the Anel Omar Rodriguez Cultural Center of Aguadulce.
